During the design phase, your Landscape Architect or Designer will conduct a site analysis to examine important conditions that may affect the design solution. Considering elements such as drainage, grading, circulation routes and existing plants, the designer will blend creativity with your personal needs to develop a unique design concept. Your budget will be a primary factor in the planning process, whether you prefer complete implementation of the plan or a multi-phased approach. Accurate cost estimates will be reviewed with you during the preliminary design phase. Design review meetings will provide an opportunity for you to make suggestions and adjustments to your design. This continuing process of feedback and communication will allow your initial visions to transform themselves into a detail plan. |
